My vegetable farm is about half an acre in size and located in Shinanomachi, Nagano Prefecture. I use no artificial fertilizers or pesticides and for my main vegetable field I use the no-till method of farming to build sustainable, ecologically healthy farmland. Besides common vegetables such as beans, lettuce, and tomatoes, I also grow vegetables that are hard to find in Japan, such as kale, roquette, and dill.
